Albert Aguilera established Balls Out Pen 15 Productions back in 2001 as a high school film student, out of the city of Sylmar in the San Fernando Valley, California. Since then we have made several shorts dealing with crude humor, love triangles, and Kung-Fu. That is just what we do. Some people find us offensive and others hilarious, but it's what we do. If you are interested in our work, please support it. Post it up, spread the word, donate anything from a penny to whatever you can. It will be thoroughly appreciated. Just finished "Chinese Checkers" and it is now up. You can currently see it on the Youtube page and work page. We are in the Los Angeles 48hr FIlm Fest 2009. There are 86 teams in it this year and well it starts on July 10 and will screen on July 16. Make sure you go see us in Hollywood. You might like it too so check it out on the work page.
Last year we got into the 2008 Los Angeles 48 hour film festival. We ended up getting ROAD MOVIE and well it came out great I think. We did it in about 35hrs instead of the given 48 because that sunday was father's day and my girlfriend also graduated out of UCLA that morning so everything had to be done in time for sunday morning. We shot and cut everything and Ho-Man did a great job on the audio so BAM! We got it done. That too is now on the work page. I also got new pix of the movie shoot. It's called "IM2COOL". So check out the pix in the pictures page.
This year we landed the Detective/Cop genre and so we made a short called "Just Business". So check that out on the work page. Pictures of the set and stuff are also on the pictures page in the "Just Business" folder.
I'm just waiting to finish up some current projects so I can work on the website full time, as well as add some more stuff to the website here such as, Pictures and Tutorials as well as more Movies!
As you can see the site isnt fully done yet, still working out the kinks at the Store and on some bumps in the projects.
I go to the movies about 3-8 times a month so I decided to watch then review in order to help people save Time and Money. I post the reviews on my Film Myspace Blogs. I basically watch the movie and just give a review as if I was talking to you on a Monday morning at work or at school. I don’t get all “Fan Boy” with my reviews and hate on actors too much or over analyze stuff, well I try not to. But ya they are usually short and to the point, I basically tell you if the movie was worth your time and money, in my opinion of course.
Oh and please excuse my grammar and spelling, as I don’t tend to care about it when I’m online.
