BRUNO

So a couple of years ago we met Borat and we all laughed and got offended. Now we meet another one of Sacha Baron Cohen’s the last of 3 of his characters. Ali G is the first and waaaay back in the day like 2003 or something he hit us with Ali G in the hood but it went nowhere. He is HUGE in the UK but not so much in America where Americans have a different sense of humor.

Ok so BRUNO

The movie is about a gay Austrian tv fashion show host that screws up big in Milan during a run way show and ends up getting fired. He then figures that he will become a celebrity in Los Angeles and so he goes around doing really nasty and disgusting things.

I kinda knew what to expect when i went in to see this but at the same time it wasnt what i really expected. I expected a gay dude trying to get famous and annoying real life people, which happened, but i did not expect to see a gay porn. I didnt know whether to laugh or gag at some of the stuff that was going on. Like i said before, im not against gay ppl im just not gay so im not into that kind of stuff but man was there some anti-gay ppl in the theatre. It was weird I mean I wonder what they expected to see when they went in there. They were drinking their haterade all crazy and saying really inappropriate things. I dont think they realize Bruno is only a stage act. But ya way to much man penis in this. Not as much as Hostel II though.

With that said I think he takes it WAAAY too far to get a laugh. This movie was funny but it was no where near as funny as BORAT. I would say to wait for the dvd.

It cost me $10.50 for a student ticket!!!! That Sucked!!
